User management
Content
Roles are groups of user permissions and can later be assigned to one or any number of users.
Roles marked as “Actual System” cannot be changed or deleted. They serve as a template to create your own profiles with customized rights.

Opens a role and displays all permissions assigned to that role.
Duplicates the opened role.
Opens the editor of a role. System roles cannot be adjusted subsequently.
Deletes the open role. |
Important
Individual user roles can be created and customized by copying a system role. Unlike system roles, individual user roles are not overwritten after an update.
The new role must be given its own unique name. If necessary, a designation can also be added.
The rights of this new role can now be customized as desired.
- Authorization trees can be expanded with [+] and reduced with [-].
- If a “check mark” is set in a checkbox, the authorization is active for this role. If the checkbox is empty, then this permission is inactive for the role. Users with this role cannot access the menu or function.
The “Duplicate” button creates the new role and “Cancel” discards the role creation.
Important
If the checkbox is set/removed for an authorization tree, this is applied to all subordinate points of this authorization tree.
