Additional login guidelines can be activated.
If the policies are activated for a user, the password complexity policies only apply from the next password renewal. The administrator can speed this up by forcing the password change at the next login.
The set login policies must be activated for each individual user.

| Minimum password length | Specifies the minimum number of characters that passwords must have. |
| The password requires a capital letter (A-Z) | If the checkbox is set, at least one character in the password must be a capital letter. |
| Password requires a lower case letter (a-z) | If the checkbox is set, at least one character in the password must be a lower case letter. |
| Password requires one digit (0-9) | If the checkbox is set, at least one digit must be included in the password. |
| Password requires a special character (no letter or number) | Requires that the password must contain at least one special character. |
| Password history (number of passwords that cannot be reused) | Number of passwords that may not be reused. |
| Minimum period for password use | Defines the minimum number of days the password must be used. The administrator is still able to reset the password of other users, even if the minimum password age has not been reached. |
