General

The stock movements are all transactions in COGLAS, which were carried out for stock posting. Details such as the time, the performing COGLAS account, the posting type and other storage locations or item master data are displayed.

Other historical evaluationsstrong,
 movements provide information about who posted, when, what and from where / to where. Further evaluations are available to determine additional details about the transaction and to supplement the result. The combination of all evaluations should explain the situation in the best possible way.

Example

The search for a transaction should also check the list status change. The additional search can be done in the Data interface history.

The search for a customer order shows all container movements. The search in the material flow must also be done for the IDNR storage unit.

Overview search options

The available search options are to be used for filtering the result. The more search options are set, the faster and clearer is the result.

Any input to the search starts immediately. Input confirmation with [Enter] is not required. The active search process is indicated by a loading bar at the top of the window. The loading bar indicates that the search is still in progress. The loading bar can also start from the beginning several times depending on the runtime.

Fields Description
Date range Specify here the period with a from/to date where the search should be performed. The selection can be made according to predefined time periods and according to your own settings. If no time period is specified (selection “Any”), the search is performed over the entire available time period.
Search-field Simple input:

  • A value is entered in the search field.

Multiple input:

  • Several values are entered separated with a “;”. Every single input is searched and displayed in the result.
  • The combined search by list number and container movement can be used in this way.
Booking type The booking type describes the transaction, i.e. witch type the movement had been. Multiple movement types can be selected. Each value is displayed along with the result.
Sorting by The sort order is the display order to a field value. A value can be selected. The display order is distinguished between Up and Down.

Overview search result

The search result shows all found data. The searched value will be checked in EACH data field and displayed if it matches. Therefore, data that is unwanted may also be displayed.

Using the page control at the bottom left of the page, the number of results per page can be set. At the bottom right, the page to be displayed is selected.

Speed up the search

  • Narrow down the date range: The larger the time period is selected, the more dates must be considered in the search.
  • Specify the value as clearly as possible for the search: The more precise the search value is specified, the better is the result. Also, the number of attempts during the search is reduced.
  • Increase number of results per page: The more lines you get displayed on a page, the fewer pages need to be reloaded.

  • Use the browser search and find your information faster by marking it correctly. Additional searches can possibly be reduced.
