Batch tracking is used to search for batches in COGLAS.

As a result, objects for historical stocks, goods receipt and goods out are displayed. If no result is displayed, no reference data could be found for the search.

For the results data, further research must be conducted on inventory movements, goods receipt lists and sales orders. Other evaluations and menus can also be used for research.

In the evaluation it is possible to search for an article number or for a batch. The search can also be combined with an article number with an associated batch. Only single values can be searched (no value list).

Stockstrong,
The stock shows already booked out stocks for searching. The last process can be identified by the system warehouse name.

• “Main node → Goods booked out” COGLAS booking (e.g. goods out)

Goods receiptstrong,
The goods receipt displays the posted goods receipts for searching.
For the goods receipt, a distinction is made between posting with and without a goods receipt list. Goods receipt lists have the closing status “Completed” or higher (example “Transferred to ERP”).

• Posting without goods receipt list:
  The inventory was recorded in COGLAS at the storage location. For example, for an inventory adjustment or inventory posting. The store floor function can also be used to enter stock without a goods receipt list using “Add SU”.
• Booking with goods receipt list:
  The inventory was entered and posted to a goods receipt list. By means of the list linking, the corresponding item(s) can be checked within the goods receipt list.
• General:
  For further research, use the list number (if available) and the container IDNR.

Goods issuestrong,
The goods issue displays the posted goods issues for searching. Only processed goods out with the status “Posted” are displayed. As a result, the linked goods issue list number can be used to check goods out items.

Further evaluationsstrong,
The batch tracing provides information on the objects mentioned so far. With the information researched in this way, further evaluations can be used to obtain more details.
