The following is a list of standardized feedback from the COGLAS to the host system:

| ArticleStockSum | An inventory reconciliation can be generated for each client, containing the current inventories grouped by inventory qualifications.
The output can be automated at regular intervals or manually via the button in the business partner master, see Master data › Business partners. ATTENTION: This form of transfer is only possible if a file transfer (xml/csv) has been configured. |
| GoodsReceiving | Feedback on the order as soon as the list header changes to the “Completed” status. |
| DeliveryNoteIn | Feedback on the delivery note as soon as the list header changes to the “Completed” status. |
| GoodsIn | Feedback on the goods receipt slip as soon as the list header changes to the “Completed” status. This feedback can also be reported back as IDOC with WMTOCO on a list and item basis via a SOAP 1.1 interface.
Over- and underdeliveries are marked and reported via the interface accordingly. |
| PackingPlanning | Transmits the calculated volume and the number of collis for the sales order to external route planning systems. The identification of the data is based on the packaging planning of the customer order.
The generated tour data can then be transferred back to COGLAS as an update to the respective sales order headers with the message type “ShippingTour”. |
| DeliveryOrderPack | Feedback on the customer order as soon as the list header changes to the “Ready for loading” status. |
| DeliveryOrderPacked | Feedback on the customer order as soon as the list header changes to the “Packed” status. Here, a WMTORD feedback can also be made via IDOC to SAP via a SOAP 1.1 interface. Shortages are also reported back. |
| DeliveryOrderOut | Feedback on the customer order as soon as the list header changes to the “Completed” status. |
| InventoryAdjustment_v1 | Reporting inventory changes through inventory postings in the COGLAS system. This is an ad-hoc reporting of inventory changes to individual storage units or quants.
These can be triggered, for example, by corrections in the warehouse overview or in the course of the zero crossing inventory within picking. COGLAS can also send a WMTORD as IDOC here with the inventory adjustment via a SOAP 1.1 interface. If ad-hoc inventory adjustments should occur during a picking process, the SOAP 1.1 interface also reports this. |
| StockTransformation_v1 | Reporting of stock transformations triggered by:
This is an ad-hoc notification of changes to the inventory. The query of the transformations is done analogously to the query of inventory quantity changes (InventoryAdjustments). |
| ListStatus | Message to the host whenever the status of a list item changes. As soon as all positions of a list have reached the same status, the head also jumps to this status. |
