Goods receipt
Unplanned goods receipt enables the receipt of unannounced goods without a purchase order or delivery note.
First and foremost, it was designed to handle loose bulk material in blocks. The goods can be posted in any quantity to a selected storage location. A packaging unit or loading equipment can be selected as an option.

| Booking | Posts the item and the entered quantity to the selected destination location. Mixed loading at a specific storage or block location is also conceivable for bulk material. |
| Lock target storage bin | An occupied storage location can be blocked for further storage with this function.
The position qualifications are transferred to a blocking list and thus serve as an identifier of the position property – deviating information cannot be added until the blocking list has been deactivated or the corresponding position has been deleted. When the lock is set, a unique batch number is also generated and set for the stock. This is for example L:B07/19-04-16 and is composed of the following components: L:Abbreviation storage node (here block 07)/date of block in the format YY-MM-DD.
