General

For the project, the Automatic Goods Out is used to clear stock once a day after packing. The automatic goods out for loading and goods issue through.

The “ProcessCaller” function is set up and starts the automatic goods out at the agreed time.

The described settings vary depending on the project and are only an example.

Settings

  • Server = Customer server
  • Data directory = D:\COGLAS\APP\PROD\processcaller
  • Windows Task Planning:
    • Profile Name = “Coglas-Cloud ProcessCaller Customer Name“
    • Interval = Every day at 23:00

Requirements

In order for the customer order to be processed for automatic goods out, the following requirements must be met.

No. Requirements Description
1. Customer order with the status “Packed” The Status is set project specific.
2. Sales order Field “Transport.forwarder” is filled. Field cannot be empty. Mandatory field for “loading”.
3. Customer order Field “Transport.tour no.” is empty. Field has to be empty.
4. Reserved stocks are available in system zone “Provision goods out”. Stocks outside the system zone are ignored. Partial shipping possible.

Sales order with status “Partial shipment”

The sales order was not completely processed for loading / goods out. Not all storage units may have been available at the time.

Subsequent goods out
Sales order has the status “Partially shipped”

  1. Check that all reserved customer order storage units are in the system zone “Provision goods out”.
  2. Check sales order field “Transport.forwarder”. Field has to be filled.
  3. Check sales order field “Transport.tour no.”. Empty the field and enter a new value. The new value dont need to have existed as a tour no. before.
  4. Check sales order field “Transport.partial shipment allowed”. The checkbox has to be activated.
  5. Loading menu and search for the new tour no. Select the tour and [Verladung starten]
  6. Menu Goods out. Window should have been opened for “Start loading”. Press the [Ausbuchen] button.
    Completion – Control Sales Order should go to the “Completed” status.

If there are still storage units for the customer order without loading / goods out, the process for subsequent partial shipment can be repeated. Only the tour no. must always be maintained new and clearly.
