Content
A new tariff for a client is created with the date (Effective from) from which it becomes valid. Agreed price changes can be stored in the system in advance.
In a tariff, settlement position categories are provided with prices in euros per unit.
If a position is not to be billed / appear on the invoice, please simply leave the field for the tariff blank.
The following position types are available:

| Article goods receipt | Price per unit of an article (according to assigned article settlement group), which was collected in the goods receipt.
The individual article is taken into account immediately after collection. |
| Article goods out | Unit price of an article (by assigned article settlement group) that was outsourced via a customer order in goods out.
The individual item is taken into account after the goods has been booked out. |
| Services | Price per recorded service.
Consideration in the settlement takes place on the date of performance. |
| Picking | Price per pick (access to one quant) during commissioning. This is not the number of individual parts picked, but the number of compartments, storage locations or storage units started. |
| Storage unit goods receipt | Price per storage unit received at goods receipt. The calculation of the storage unit takes place directly after the collection. |
| Storage unit goods out | Price per storage unit that was booked out in goods out.
The calculation of the storage unit takes place after the goods out is posted. |
| Warehouse money (Daily) | Calculation of storage charge according to daily maximum value of storage occupancy per storage unit type.
Every day, the current stock of each SU type in the warehouse is taken and all receipts are added to it; issues are not taken into account. Over the settlement period, all days are then added together and settled. For the calculation of the storage fee, only SUs are considered that are located in a node that has the zone storage fee (maximum value), either inherited or directly assigned. Data is only available up to the day before the current date, since by definition only past days are considered. |
| Warehouse money (period) | Calculation of the storage charge in the maximum value principle of the storage occupancy per storage unit type. At the beginning of the accounting period, the current number of SUs is determined for each SU-type; all SUs received during the period are added together; retirements are not taken into account.
Receipts are goods receipts and newly formed SU in picking or packing. For the calculation of the storage money only SUs are considered, which are located in a node that has the zone storage money (maximum value), either inherited or directly assigned. Data is only available up to the day before the current date, since by definition only past days are considered. |
| Storage fee: maximum number of storage units (period) | Over the accounting period, the date with the highest level is determined for all loading equipment types. No additions or exits are taken into account here. The value and date with the respective maximum level per loading equipment-type is then printed on the statement. |
