General

The object for a dynamic type is an additional capture of a property. You can choose between an additional article qualification or an additional stock qualification. In addition to the already existing COGLAS data fields, further data fields can be included.

Data interface

The dynamic type can be created individually in COGLAS and operated via the standard interface. The setting defaults of the captured dynamic type are applicable to the data interface then.

When exporting and importing the article master data, the dynamic types created by the user are also taken into account.

The following parameters are available for selection:

Dynamic type − Article qualifications, Inventory qualifications
Interface name Free text Example = COLORCODE

  • The interface name is freely selectable.
  • Spaces in the name should be avoided.
  • The interface name must be unique.

The name is used in the data interface.
Display name Free text Example = COLORCODE

  • The display name is freely selectable.
Type Selection Available selection:

  • Date
  • Integer
  • Deletable truth value
  • Value list
  • String
Display always Checkbox Display and use dynamic type in COGLAS.

Active

  • Dynamic type display always active.

Inactive

  • No display if no initial value is present.
  • If the dynamic type is present with a value, then with display. Incl. Display of the “Trash” icon. See the “Dynamic type field” image.
  • Click on “Trash” removes the value of the dynamic type. Afterwards no more display.
Deactivated Checkbox Deactivate the Dynamic Type.

  • The display in the COGLAS is suppressed.
  • If article objects with a value are still maintained, they will no longer be displayed and ignored.
Is system Checkbox COGLAS internal status.

  • Can only be activated by COGLAS.
  • If active, then the object cannot be changed or deleted in COGLAS.
