In addition to the change history in the Web WMS itself, COGLAS offers you the possibility to evaluate log files.
By default COGLAS creates a new log file with events every day.
The following log files are written depending on the scope of your installation:
- Server/logs
- Datainterface/App_Data/log
Depending on if the Web WMS is installed in the cloud or locally at your location, you have different options to check the logs. Since the log files are located directly in the installation directories by default, you need direct access to the application server. If your installation is located in the cloud (coglas.com), you will not have direct access to the log files. If you need log files, you can contact the support team via the helpdesk.
